Welcome to 3 Minute Fit: Healthy Body / Peaceful Mind / Energized Spirit.
My name is Chamuel. I am your Mentor for this program, assisting you to transform your life in simply 3 minutes a day for the next 33 days. I am trained as a Doctor of Divinity, studying several healing modalities for over 13 years such as Crystal Healing, Metaphysics, Philippine healing, Qigong, Reiki, Yoga, and more. I enjoy spending time in nature, going on hikes, andassisting awesome people like you achieve your goals!
The purpose of this program is to get measurable results with fitness, relaxation, and overall energy. This program can be joined by anyone, regardless of skill level, as the moves can be modified. Seize the opportunity to empower your morning. Build a new healthy lifestyle and begin mastering your life today.
Time and energy are our greatest assets. I created this program to be fun, engaging, and laser focused to offer great productivity and maximize results within the given time frame. There are 24 hours a day which translates to 1440 minutes. I ask that you commit to 3 minutes a day for the next 33 days. If you skip a day at any point of the program, I ask that you restart from day 1. Take mastery over your life, and always do your best.
There are several requirements before beginning. These exercises can be performed in a small room or out in nature. All you need is Mother Earth and a pull up bar. I ask that you maintain a journal to track your results, have an open mind, open heart, and do it daily!
Safety is important. You are responsible for the actions you take. If you feel sharp unnecessary pain, rest and assess the situation. Limitations and beliefs are meant to be broken, not your bones. These exercises are designed to heal, strengthen, and energize you.
The next most important thing is to have fun! Let’s get started!
